We have a different kind of cow in the Keys. A sea cow (or manatee, if you prefer). And as the bank that puts the Keys first, we thought it was an ideal symbol for our automated teller machines. 

And at our office locations you can get U.S. Postage stamps from our Cash Cow^SM ATM's. This service is free to any First State Bank checking account customer. All you pay for is the stamps. To access this transaction, your Cash Cow^SM card must be linked to your checking account. 

What's more, you can also use your Cash Cow^SM card at STAR®, CIRRUS®, or PLUS®, Publix Presto!, and other major automated teller networks. Which means you can access your cash all over the U.S. and in many foreign countries.

In addition to our Cash Cow^SM ATM Card, we offer the added convenience of our Cash Cow^SM Debit Card. This card provides all of the features of our regular Cash Cow^SM ATM Card plus it allows you to use your card to purchase items at any business that accepts VISA®. The funds for your purchases come right out of your checking account as if you had written a check. What could be easier! 

Maintenance Fee: $1 per month. Waived for First Choice Checking, Ultra Package and Prime Time 55^SM customers.
