Charly Arnold, First State Bank of the Florida Keys Network Administrator I, was named the Bank’s Employee of the Quarter for his professionalism, initiative, work ethic and positive attitude.

Arnold joined First State Bank in 2003 as Assistant Head Teller, he was promoted to IT Technician in 2004 and Network Administrator I in 2011.

“Charly’s nomination reflects his leadership, dedication and commitment to the Bank,” said Mike Gonzalez, First State Bank Assistant Vice President and Information Technology Manager. “We are proud to recognize him as Employee of the Quarter.”

Arnold has received the following certifications: Comptia Network Professional in 2005, Microsoft Certified Professional in 2006, as well as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator and Cisco Certified Entry Networking certifications in 2009.
