First State Bank of the Florida Keys congratulates Patti Marshall, Customer Service Officer/Tradewinds Office Branch Manager and Lisa McCarthy, Old Town Office Assistant Branch Manager on their fifteenth year with the Bank.
Patti Marshall joined First State Bank as Part-time Courier/Customer Service Representative in the Upper Keys in 1997. She was promoted to Tradewinds Branch Manager/Customer Service Officer in 2003. She has over 20 years of banking experience, including positions such as Bookkeeper, Accounting Clerk, Customer Service Representative and Data Processor.
As an active member of the Upper Keys community, Marshall sits on the Board of Florida Keys Down Syndrome Association, Habitat for Humanity of the Upper Keys, Key Largo Rotary Club, as well as being an active supporter of the Marrvelous Pet Rescue.
Lisa McCarthy joined the Bank in 1997 and has held a variety of positions, including Teller, Customer Service Representative and Lead Teller. She was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager at the Boulevard Office in 2004 and transferred to the Old Town Office in 2010.
McCarthy earned an Associates Degree in Nursing from Kent State University. She has also completed the American Bankers Association courses Principles of Banking and Supervisor’s Academy. She is an active member of Keys Chorale and lives in Key West.
