First State Bank of the Florida Key’s Green Team joined the Islamorada Chamber of Commerce for the inaugural Annual Island Cleanup to keep our Upper Keys clean and green. First State Bank’s volunteers joined Islamorada Chamber members and other local volunteers on the beach team. The four volunteer team’s, Beach, Dive, Caboose and Highway were formed to clean a specific area between mile marker 72-90 of Overseas Highway. “Helping make our communities a cleaner and greener place is a win-win for everyone,” said First State Bank Executive Vice President Bette Brown. “It makes the Keys more beautiful for our residents and visitors as well as being healthier for our environment.” Return to News |
