First State Bank of the Florida Keys’ Nicole Laboy was promoted to Assistant Branch Operations Manager for the Bank’s Stock Island Office located at 5450 MacDonald Avenue.

Laboy started with First State Bank as a Teller at the Big Pine office in 2005 and progressed to Customer Service Representative in 2010. Nicole was recognized as First State Bank’s Employee of the Quarter in 2009 for her initiative, proficiency and great attitude with fellow employees and customers alike.

“Nicole’s promotion and expanded responsibilities reflect her leadership, dedication and commitment to our customers,” said Brian Barroso, First State Bank of the Florida Keys Assistant Vice President and Boulevard Branch Manager. “She consistently exceeds our high standards for outstanding customer service and we are proud to recognize her with this promotion.”
