How do I enroll for Online Banking?

Enrollment forms are available at your local First State Bank branch or on our website. After completing the form, you can drop it off at any branch or mail it to the address on the form. Once enrolled, your User ID will be emailed and your password will be mailed to you.

When a transfer is initiated how soon will the funds be available?

Your available balance online reflects the transfer as soon as you complete the transaction. You can view your new balance by returning to Account Summary. Please note that the money may not be available until the next business day.

Who can I call locally if I have any questions?

You can call 305-293-6805 during normal business hours, or after hours use the "Contact Us" feature on our website. You will hear from us by the next business day.

What does clear disk cache mean and how do I do it?

When you open a web page a copy of it goes into a special memory for faster recall in the future. If you want to clear the cache, go to the help section of the browser you use for online directions.

Can I reconcile my bank statement using the website?

We recommend using Quicken or Microsoft Money etc. or using your bank statement.

What do I do if I forget my password?

To reset your Online Banking password, please call 305-293-6805 or stop by any First State Bank branch for a Request to Reset Password form. Simply complete the form and we will call you with your new password. To reset your BillPay password, click on Forgotten your user name or password? from the login screen or call 305-293-6805.

What do I do if I forget my User ID?

If you have forgotten your User ID for Online Banking or BillPay, please call 305-293-6805 during normal business hours.

What if a question I have cannot be answered using the help screens?

Please call 305-293-6805 during normal business hours or send an email to support@keysbank.com.

How do I change any of my personal information shown on the bank website such as name or address?

To change any of your personal information shown on the bank website, please visit your local First State Bank branch and speak to any of our Customer Service Representatives.

What is a Filter Selection?

Filter selection lets you select portions of your Transaction Detail for viewing. You can choose to view deposits, checks, or any items by amount or date.

Can I make loan payments or payments to the principal only?

Yes! Your loan will need to be set up for access with Online Banking. If you would like to add a loan, visit any one of our branches during normal business hours or complete the Enrollment Form found on our website. If your loan is already set up, go to Transfers and Payments and click on Pay Loans. Under payment type choose regular payment or apply to principal. Choose the "from" account and then choose the "to" account. Type in the amount to be paid and click on proceed. Loan payments and principal payments can be dated as follows: One time current date, One time future dated or Regularly scheduled.
